Bensbach

Bensbach is the fishing lodge on the Bensbach river west of Daru, near the Irian Jaya order, only accessible by small planes and boats. (Lat S08.52 Lon 141.15 )

It is remote and very few tourists are privileged to go to Bensbach and is probably the best Barramundi fishing spot in the world. Usually, we kiss the fish and release them. If you don't like to fish, you will love the abundant wild life and river cruise. The lodge has 8 twin share comfortable rooms with shared bathrooms.
