 Bos Pela Bill, he led the group

Of pilots from the south

There was ESl and SYD, VVV and BOB

With a little nap here and a little nap there

Here a nap, there a nap, everywhere a nap nap. 

Spoken - Ring the bell Bec.

 Director Russel with one “L”

He fined us all each night

With a kina here and a kina there

Here a kina, there a kina, everywhere a kina kina.

 Spoken – It must be Russel’s shout.

Jo is Bill’s first piccaninny

She is his co-pilot

With a downwind here and a right base there

Wheels up, wheels down, everywhere a look around.

Spoken – She is her fathers’ memory.

Spoken – He’s making an epic movie for us so be nice to him.

 Victoria is our Dancing Queen

On Karawari tables

With a high kick here and a high kick there

Here a song, there a song, everywhere a singsong.

 Spoken – Where’s the music, where’s the party?

 Mechanic Greg he fixed the boat

Eight times along the Sepik

With a spanner here, a spanner there

Here a spanner, there a spanner , everywhere a spanner spanner.

Spoken – And it was even after beer o’clock.

Christine has to have her coffee

Or a headache she will get

With a sip sip here and a sip sip there

Here a sip, there a sip, everywhere a sip sip.

Spoken – Can we take the Thermos?

Our Mooney Rae he gets confused

He’s flying fast most times

With a 4.5 here and a 5.5 thee

Here a 4 there a five, everywhere a 4.5.

Spoken –And he calls 4.5 when he’s already there.

Bec is Bill’s next piccaninny

And she just loves to fish

With a scream here, a scream there

Here a Barra, there a Barra , everywhere a Barra Barra.

Spoken – She just seems to attract the fish.

Charlie Booth is a naughty boy

He climbed the slimy falls

With a slip slip here and a slip slip there

Here  a slip, there a slip, everywhere a slip slip.

Spoken – He’s lucky to be here.

Annie G she gave out gifts

To all the Sepik kids

With a lolly here and a lolly there

Here a lolly, there a lolly, everywhere a lolly lolly.

Spoken – And seven kilos still wasn’t enough.

 Doctor Jim looked after us

When accidents occurred

With a splinter here and glass in there

Here a splinter, there a splinter, everywhere a splinter splinter.

And

Doctor Jim just loved his walk

To see the Hydro Scheme

With a pant pant here and a pant pant there

Here a pant, there a pant, everywhere a pant pant.

 Spoken – He had to treat himself

Whispered – with a bottle of red wine.

 Our PNG trip has been fun

But now it has to end

With a bye bye here and a bye bye there (waving PNG style with both hands)
