DAY 1 -
June 4th
-Meet the group at Horn Is.
-Catch Ferry at 2.30pm for afternoon tour of Thursday Is.
-Welcome Dinner & overnight at Gateway Torres Strait Resort.

DAY 2 - June 5th
-Fly to Mt Hagen in the Highlands.
-Meet and transfer to Highlander Hotel.
-Tour of Mudmen village (right).
-Overnight stay.

DAY 3 - June 6th
-Fly to Madang.
-Tour of Madang Town & Surrounds.
-Transfer to Malolo Plantation Lodge.
-Overnight stay.

"The lodge lies nestled amongst coconut palms on a beautiful black sand beach, 42km north of Madang. This scenic drive from Madang takes approx. 45 mins. on a sealed road through lush tropical rainforest, past thatch roofed villages and copra plantations. Across the bay is 'Kar Kar Island' an active volcano with a halo of smoke, fringed with coral reef and crystal sees".

DAY 4 - June 7th
-Half day tour of  Madang's Beautiful North Coast.
-Free time to snorkel in some of the most pristine  water in the world. Play tennis, bush walk, kayak, bird watch or just relax by the pool and enjoy the natural beauty of the Lodge surrounds ...please yourself.
-Overnight stay at Malolo Plantation Lodge.

DAY 5 - June 8th
-Fly to Karawari in the Sepik River Region.
-Transfer to the Sepik Spirit (river cruise). Explore this river highway, it's villages & cultures, stay overnight on the "MV Sepik Spirit".

DAY 6 - June 9th
- Full day cruise; discover the mystery & beauty of the Sepik River Basin, overnight on the "MV Sepik Spirit".

DAY 7 - June 10th
- Full day cruise, exploring the Sepik River Basin and it's unique villages and inseparable art & cultures, stay overnight on the "MV Sepik Spirit".

DAY 8 - June 11th
- Transfer to Karawari Lodge by riverboat, afternoon tour of Kundiman village for sago making demonstration and overnight at Karawari Lodge.

"Karawari Lodge stands majestically on a lone ridge amongst a vast expanse of dense tropical lowland rainforest. This is 'Arambrak' country, one of the most unspoilt areas of Papua New Guinea, with the Karawari River only 300 feet below".

DAY 9 - June 12th
- Full day tour of Karawari & surrounding area.
-Overnight at Karawari Lodge.

DAY 10 - June 13th
-Fly to Tari in the Southern Highlands.
-Transfer to Ambua Lodge.
-Afternoon nature walk in the Tari Gap area, crossing traditional vine bridges, discovering secluded waterfalls and understanding how the Huli people utilise the abundant natural resources.
-Overnight at Ambua Lodge.

"Tari is one of the few places left where the men and women can be seen wearing traditional dress made from natural bush materials as part of daily living".

DAY 11 - June 14th
-Full day bush walking tour of Ambua & Huli village cultures.
-Overnight at Ambua Lodge, 7000 feet ASL (right).

DAY 12 - June 15th
-Full day tour, enjoy and participate in a variety of activities including cultural touring, bird watching and nature walks.
-Overnight at Ambua Lodge.

DAY 13 - June 16th
-Fly to Horn Is via Daru.
-Farewell Party & overnight at Gateway Torres Strait Resort.

DAY 14 - June 17th
-Leave for home.
